How do I know if your services are right for my needs?
We offer a no-obligation free in-home consultation to learn more about what services you may want or need, answer any questions you have, design a care plan that fits your budget, and determine which of our care team would serve you best.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We do not have long-term contracts. We provide the services you need when you need them, and you decide how long you need us.
How is your team screened before entering my home?
The Entrusted Hearts Home Care management interviews each caregiver personally, and we are the direct employer of the caregivers we send to your home. All employees must pass multiple face-to-face interviews, provide at least 2 positive professional reference checks, State criminal background clearance, and infectious disease screening. We require our team to complete a comprehensive orientation program, and we regularly review each employee’s performance. This process allows us to control the quality of services we provide to you.
What is the experience and background of Entrusted Hearts Home Care team?
We employ certified home health aides, certified nurse aides, and experienced home care aides. Our team is experienced in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, skin care, personal care, transfer techniques, infectious disease care and control, nutrition, identifying elder abuse, incontinence, recognizing pain, and more. We work with you to customize a care plan that fits your needs.
Can I afford your services?
We keep our rates affordable, and we offer low minimum required hours so more families can benefit from our home care services. Set up a free in-home consultation with our team to discuss how we can customize a plan to fit your needs and budget.
What if I only need a little help at home?
Our team can assist you with as little or as much as you need. Maybe you want someone to come visit for a bit just to socialize. Maybe you need help running errands such as grocery shopping or going to and from doctor appointments. We’ve got you covered. Our plans are customized to your needs and wants.
Are your services only available in private homes?
Our Entrusted Hearts Home Care team can assist you with your needs in any place you call home. That may be a private home, assisted living community, hospital, or long-term care unit.
